Welcome to my blog everybody... finally! There is so much to talk about, so here i go...
It is only right that I start this daily rant with dogs, cus that's what I love. Last week I had a fantastic shoot with a whole bunch of puppies, 13 to be exact. We had English Bulldogs, Australian Shepards, Italian Greyhounds, a mini Schnauzer, the most insane Shar-pei and 2 lil' Red Nose Pit Bull pups. Every shot/dog had a funny and unique story about them, but i will be writing for days to tell all.
The Italian Greyhounds (Iggies) cracked me up. It was hilarious to see the squadron of humans stationed around the set to simply contain these mini speed demons from bolting off the set. There was literally one human per dog (that would be 4)... and these guys only weighed about 5-10 lbs. max! Here is an indication of the mayhem:
This was the only way to keep them from moving...
Lucy stole the show for sure. I questioned if this lil' girl actually qualified as a dog? She was truly a unique being, check her out
And then there were these two, who were intent on playing the dinosaur game... at least that's what it looked like to me.
In the end, it was the most enjoyable day. Everyone had smiles on their faces and were so happy to have spent the day shooting dogs. What a great job I have...

Everyone present at this shoot was filled with laughter and joy and wonderment at the images being captured, and, as you can see no one was disappointed. This week we go from dogs and kids to shooting lifestyle , 70 stories above the city streets with a 360 degree view of New York City from Top of The Rock. Here's looking at you. peace, Bruce
